- 1 sachet Mac 'N Cheeze sauce
- 410g macaroni
- 1 cup dairy-free vegetable cream
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- Fresh basil leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation of Summer Mac 'n Cheeze recipe
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Bake macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Pour the cooked macaroni into a baking dish with the vegetable cream and Mac 'N Cheeze sauce. Toss to coat pasta evenly with sauce.
Arrange tomato slices on top of pasta.
