Basic rice recipe

- 1 tablespoon Chef J dry broth
- 1 cup rice, carefully rinsed
- 1 3/4 cups boiling water

Preparation for the basic rice recipe
In a saucepan, bring water to a boil and stir in one tablespoon of Chef J dry broth.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add rice to broth. Stir gently.
Cover and cook on very low heat for 15 minutes.
