Mango and Strawberry Pre-Workout Smoothie

Nutrition of an athlete's body is a must. Without these precious nutrients, performance will not be there during training and recovery will not be optimal after exercise either.

But by athlete, I don't just mean the elite. You too who indulge in a little hike in the forest, a light run or an occasional bike ride are an athlete of your own level. It is just as important to nourish your body well before your sporting outing.

A smoothie is a great solution to give you a host of valuable nutrients. Being liquid, it will be digested more quickly.

Ingredients

Preparation

Starting with the almond drink, combine all ingredients in the blender container and blend until smooth.

Add a little almond drink for a more liquid consistency.
