Cooking

• Rinse rice with cold water.
• Bring to boil 375 ml (1½ cups) of water and add 250 ml (1 cup) of rice.
• Cover and simmer approximately 15 to 20 minutes or until the water is completely absorbed.

Remove from heat and let rest about 5 minutes.
