DōMatcha Summer Harvest

The Dōmatcha summer harvest is picked in August instead of spring, which makes this matcha very rich in catechins and gives a more earthy and slightly more astringent flavor. This makes our Matcha harvest ideal for drinks, such as delicious matcha slats or refreshing smoothies at Matcha. Suggestions Prepare 1/2 or 1 spoon with organic matcha green tea in a bowl, then add from 60 to 90 ml of hot but non-boiling water (80 degrees Celsius). With a bamboo whip, whip energetically in a movement in w until a creamy foam is formed. You can also create a dough using a spoon. Add water depending on your preference (up to 240 ml).
