Nadh ubiquinol is an energizing combination of two very powerful coenzymes. The COQ10 (ubiquinol) is used by all the cells of the body to improve the production of energy and prevent oxidation. For its part, the nadh (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a reduced form of niacine vitamin b. It is essential for the functioning of neurotransmitters and the production of cellular energy. The highest concentrations of these two coenzymes are in the brain and the heart.
