PRECAUTIONS

Use ONLY our HOTEL and SPA Collection fragrance oils or natural essential oils that are fluid and non-viscous, without adding water. Avoid thick oils such as cedar (resins) or orange (citrus), as they may clog the diffusion system.

Shipping is free for all orders of $95 or more within Quebec and Ontario. Certain conditions apply.

A flat fee of $9.95* plus tax applies to all orders of $94.99 or less, as well as to orders shipped elsewhere in Canada. Certain conditions apply.

Our deliveries are handled by Canada Post, Nationex, or LivRapide.

In-store pickup is available at all times and is free of charge. Pickups are prepared from Monday to Friday.
