Brighten everyday dishes and add one or two buttons of organic and healthy flavor. Our laurel leaves are quality Premium Hand Select. This means that after the mechanical sort, two manual selection towers are done to ensure that these leaves are the best of the best. About 1% of all laurel leaves meet the criteria of this category. Most of the bay sold in the United States during the high season comes from the previous autumn harvest. We are supplements in laurel leaves mainly on the north coast of Turkey, where the harvest takes place in February and March. The leaves are then dried and shipped in time to be packaged for the current holiday season - offering the fresh and robust flavor of the recently harvested bay.
