Organic 100% Spelt sourdough bread

This product is one of our best sellers and both one of our best health breads. It is integral, fermented and one of the few buns on the market exclusively for spelled flour. Its taste of walnut is unique.

This is an interesting alternative to traditional wheat. In fact, with our other speller bread and buckwheat, it is the only alternative baker in Canada for people who follow a low diet in Fodmap (fermentable oligo-, di-, monosaccharides and polyols). It is the antithesis of our prebiotic bread, which, on the contrary, is supplemented in inulin.

The speller is interesting for its exceptional nutritional values. This cereal is very rich in protein, but also in magnesium, zinc, iron and copper. Its proteins are richer than those of other lysine cereals, an essential amino acid.

In-store pickup is available at all times and is free of charge. Pickups are prepared from Monday to Friday.
