Children are coming up with this product. This is an interesting alternative to traditional wheat white bread. It is made of sifted flour but only from Kamut. In addition, its brioche texture gives it a particular charm.

To our knowledge, there is no substitute on the market. This product looks like its big brother, full kamut, but obviously is not as nutriently interesting. However, it is enriched with vitamin C.
