Developed from Chia, Saracen and Khorasan flour seeds, our Sarrasin-Chia bread is a real treat in addition to being an asset of choice as part of a healthy lifestyle.

Rich in omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants (myricetol, quercetol, kaempferol, flavonol glycosides, chlorogenic acids and coffee acid), they are also a good source of calcium, phosphorus and a very good source of manganese; As a result, Chia's consumption could help lower blood triglycerides, increase HDL (good cholesterol), reduce blood pressure and improve blood glucose level.
