Traditionally used in herbal medicine to help relieve dyspepsia and gastritis, as an expectorant, nutritious tonic, light laxative, as galactogogue to help the production and secretion of milk.

Recommended dosage (adult):

1 teaspoon (4.5 g) of dried seed, 3 times a day. Incorporate 1 teaspoon into 1 cup of water, bring to a boil and simmer with cover for 15 minutes, filter or incorporate 1 teaspoon in 1 cup of cold water for 3 hours, filter. Medicinal ingredient by tea spoon: 4.5 G Seed dried from Trigonella Foenum-Graecum (Fenugreek).

Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or overburden; Before making use if you are pregnant or if you suffer from diabetes. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use if the bag is not sealed.
