Milk thistle is reputed to treat gallstones, liver failure and heavy periods. In particular, it is known for its beneficial effects on the cirrhosis of the liver and its hepatoprotective power. In addition, it helps the reconstruction of damaged cells, in order to restore metabolic capacity. Soothes digestive, antispasmodic cramps. Antidepressant.

Medicinal Ingredients:

Each sachet contains 1 g seed and 0.5 g dried sheet of silybum marianum (milk thistle).

Recommended dosage (adult):

1 sachet, once a day, in infusion. (Infuse 1 sachet in a cup of boiling water for 5 minutes).

Precautions / Warnings:

Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsens; if you are pregnant.

Reconnected adverse reaction:

Hypersensitivity (eg an allergy) can be manifested. If this is the case, stop using. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use if the bag is not sealed.
