Organic red raspberry herbal tea

The Raspberry Herbal Tea from Clef des Champs is used to support the female reproductive system by relieving menstrual pain and regulating menstruation. It is also beneficial for strengthening the pelvic floor and supporting women during labor, making uterine contractions more effective and reducing the need for medical interventions during childbirth. In addition to its effects on pregnancy, it aids in postpartum recovery by preventing excessive bleeding. Raspberry also has digestive properties, soothing intestinal irritations and inflammations, as well as sore throats and other respiratory infections.

Dosage: Drink 2 to 4 cups per day.

Instructions: Boil 3 tablespoons of herbs in 1 liter of water, cover, steep for 10 to 15 minutes, and strain.
