Organic Moon Tea

Moon Tea by Clef des Champs supports women and helps relieve menstrual pain and discomfort. It acts on both the reproductive organs and the nervous system. Antispasmodic, it eases menstrual cramps; astringent, it tones the mucous membranes of the reproductive system, reduces heavy menstrual flow, and decreases clots. The nervine and calming herbs in Menstrues help relieve nervous symptoms during menstruation (irritability, tension). This blend can be used preventively a few days before menstruation or to relieve symptoms once they begin.

Dosage: 2–3 cups per day.

Directions: Pour 1 litre of boiling water over 2 tbsp of herbs, cover, and steep for 15 minutes. Strain.
