The Metaflo herbal tea from Clef des Champs is traditionally used in Western herbalism to support elimination through the kidneys, skin, and mucous membranes. It works through a blend of plants with depurative, diuretic, and digestive properties.
Dosage: Drink 2 to 4 cups per day, as needed.
Directions for use: Pour 1 liter of boiling water over 2 tablespoons of herbs. Cover, steep for 10 to 15 minutes, then strain.
