Organic Resistea herbal tea

The herbal tea Résistea from Clef des Champs is a general tonic that supports the body as a whole. It helps strengthen the immune system during times of fatigue, stress, when feeling vulnerable, or after contact with sick people. The Résisthé infusion is also recommended when the body is fighting an infection, and when muscle aches and chills occur.

Dosage: 3 to 4 cups per day, for 2 to 4 weeks.

Directions for use: Pour 1 liter of boiling water over 4 tablespoons of herbs. Cover and steep for 10 to 15 minutes. Strain. Start with a small dose to ensure tolerance to the herbs.
