Our mashed mushroom consistency contains pieces of black truffles and buzz on the melting texture. The delicate truffle flavor reveals notes of garlic, without masking the taste of other varieties of fungi, all emphasized by black olive notes.

Uses

Just add our mashed mushrooms and truffles to simple pasta with cream or pizza to the béchamel to create a refined dish. This condiment is a delight in burgers or scrambled eggs. You can also use the aperitif on crostinis.

Artisan

Laurentiis's family has a craft company in the mountainous region of Abruzzo. For two generations, it has been moving out of traditional ingredients and know-how in order to offer products to authentically Italian taste. Tomatoes, saffron and other aromatics are cultivated biologically on its few earth lopins. Then transformed into sauces and condiments thanks to a small army of cooks that work around the furnaces.
