Based on a rich crushed tomatoes, our pizza sauce contains pieces of caramelized onions that give it a creamy texture. His harmonious taste allows subtle notes of garlic and oregano.

Uses

Our pizza sauce has a sufficiently unctuous consistency to extend to the dough, without being too liquid to soak it. Season with our mixture of Italian herbs or add spice with our puree of strong peppers. To enhance the flavor of your pizza, garnish with our famous candied tomatoes Favuzzi.

Ingredients

Tomato pulp and tomato coulis Datterino 88% (Italy), extra virgin olive oil, garlic, onions, carrots, celery, basil, sea salt, oregano, pepper, citric acid. May contain traces of milk and gears.

Nothing equals the taste of mature Italian tomatoes under the Mediterranean sun and seasoned fresh lanes cultivated locally. If our sauces have a smooth texture comparable to that of the sauces prepared at home, it is because they are produced in small amounts and cooked on the flame. Exactly as it is the Italian mammas, which allows to evaporate the water gradually.

Artisan

Laurentiis's family has a craft company in the mountainous region of Abruzzo. For two generations, it has been moving out of traditional ingredients and know-how in order to offer products to authentically Italian taste. Tomatoes, saffron and other aromatics are cultivated biologically on its few earth lopins. Then transformed into sauces and condiments thanks to a small army of cooks that work around the furnaces.
