Raw hazelnut butter organic

Hazelnuts come from Turkey, they are raw and Organic . We soak them for 12 hours to activate the enzymes and make them more digests. These are digestive enzymes. Then after having rinsed them, we put them to the dehydrator at very low temperature for 24 hours. The low temperature does not kill the enzymes. They allow the product to be preserved for years without using a preservative. The third day hazelnuts are ground on stone grinding wheels. There is therefore no excessive speed that may heat the oil contained in the nuts. And also no robot metal blade that would promote oxidation.
