Rosemary herbal tea

Traditionally used in herbal medicine as support therapy to help relieve muscle and articular pain associated with rheumatism. To help contribute to maintaining the peripheral circulation, and also to relieve flatulant dyspepsia as well as to relieve headaches associated with digestion. Usage Infusion:Take 2 to 4 g dried leaves in 150 ml of boiling water letting infuse from 5 to 15 minutes, 3 times a day. Extern:as a mild antiseptic for skin care. Contraindication Consult a health care practitioner before making use of it if you have wide open wounds or skin lesions, fever, acute inflammation or if you have significant circulatory disorders or hypertension. You are pregnant or while breastfeeding, if symptoms persist or worsen.
