Vulgare) and soft fennel (F. vulgare var. Dulce), the most used. Originally from the Mediterranean, the fennel can reach 1.5 meters to 2 meters high. Used in cooking, it has an anise to taste. The essential oil from seeds is recognized mainly for its digestive properties.

Use:

The gentle fennel essential oil is used in aromatherapy for the symptomatic relief of digestive disorders as well as joint pain associated with rheumatoid arthritis.

DOSAGE:

Topical (adults):mix 1 to 2 drops in 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) of vegetable oil; Apply on the affected part (articulation or belly), 3 times a day.
