The common juniper is a bushy shrub spread in mountainous areas, the moors and the clearing of the whole northern hemisphere. Its leaves are pungent needles and fruits commonly known as bays are used in cooking to perfume cold cuts, game dishes and other specialties.

The essential oil of Juniper Baie is used in aromatherapy to help relieve articular pain associated with rheumatoid arthritis as well as for the symptomatic relief of eczema, dermatitis, acne and boils.

DOSAGE:

Topic (adults):Mix 1 to 2 drops in 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) of vegetable oil; Apply locally, 3 times a day.
