White Spruce is found all over Canada. It can grow 20 to 30 m tall and live for 150 years, and adapts easily to extreme weather conditions. As its wood is incredibly hard and resistant, it is commonly used as carpentry wood.

Posology
Topical (Adults): Mix 1 to 2 drops in ½ tsp (2.5ml) of vegetable oil.
