The calendula or concern of the gardens is a flower that is very easily cultivated in the Mediterranean areas where it blooms from April until early December. It is also found in the wild on the wasteland. Soved by the wind, its surviving seeds at important colds. Its orange yellow or yellow flower is also known for its dye qualities, a yellow dye obtained by decoction that can also serve in the food industry. The Calendula maceration is traditionally used in herbal medicine to help wound healing as well as to help relieve inflammation and skin irritation.
