The True Cashmere Lavender is a lavender growing at altitude, such as the lavender of Provence, in the province of Kashmir in India. The essential oil of lavender is one of the most popular essential oils in aromatherapy. Use:

The true lavender oil is used in aromatherapy for its relaxing action (sedative, calming, nervous) to relieve nervousness, irritability and worry and to help sleep.

DOSAGE:

Inhalation:Add 4 to 12 drops of essential oil in a bowl of boiling water / steam unit for facials. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes.
