Grapefruit White

DOSAGE:

topical (adults):mix 1 to 4 drops in 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of vegetable oil; Apply on the affected part, 3 times a day. Inhalation (nervous system):Add 4 to 12 drops in a bowl of boiling water or a diffuser. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes.
