DOSAGE:

Topical (muscular system):mix 1 to 2 drops in 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) of vegetable oil; Apply on the affected part, 3 times a day. Inhalation:Add 4 to 12 drops in a bowl of boiling water or a diffuser. Inhale slowly for 5-10 minutes up to three times a day.
