The essential oil of rosemary CT Cineole is used in aromatherapy to relieve chronic, sinusitis, coughing symptoms as well as general fatigue and exhaustion.

DOSAGE:

Topic (Adults):Mix 2 to 5 drops in 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) of vegetable oil; Apply on the affected part, 3 times a day. Inhalation:Add 4 to 12 drops in a bowl of hot water or put in a diffuser. Inhale slowly for 5-10 minutes. NPN 80058453
