Plant from southern Europe and Western Asia, it is widely grown in temperate countries for its leaves and their aromatic and medicinal qualities. Perfumery, sage serves as a fixer. The essential oil is obtained by distillation of leaves and flowers.

Use:

Essential sage oil screened is used in aromatherapy to help relieve menstrual cramps (SPM), the symptoms of menopause and as nervous soothing.

DOSAGE:

topical (adults):mix 1 to 2 drops in 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) of vegetable oil; Apply locally, 3 times a day. Inhalation (nervous system):Add 4 to 12 drops in a bowl of hot water or a diffuser. Inhale slowly for 5-10 minutes. Essential oil chemotyped, 100% pure, natural and authentic. NPN 80058015
