Instructions for use

Adults:Take 3 tablets a day; 1 at each meal or as directed by a health care practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner before making use of it if you are taking anticoagulants, or in case of estrogen-dependent cancer. Take a few hours before or after taking prescription drugs. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding-consult a health care practitioner before making use of it Keep in a cool and dry place.
