Grown at an altitude of 1,500 meters in the misty mountains of Guizhou, this green tea, ranked among the most iconic in China, reveals a rare balance between vegetal freshness, minerality, and floral complexity. Inspired by the mizudashi method, our exclusive extraction technique combines hot and cold infusions, enriched with oak chips and a subtle touch of pink pepper.

Color: Very pale green with golden highlights, slightly cloudy, velvety texture.
Nose: Fruity bouquet, where white flowers blend with candied fruit and very ripe pineapple, balanced by a subtle liveliness.
Palate: Ripe apricot and tropical accents open onto an elegant floral bouquet, where jasmine and osmanthus intertwine with finesse. Tangy finish, subtly tannic, with controlled astringency.
Taste: Floral and fruity, with balanced acidity and a lovely length on the palate.
