Homemade cookie mix - Oat, Chocolate and chia

Dark chocolate is a real temptation, appreciated by children and adults alike. In addition to its exquisite taste, it is full of valuable antioxidants and may even contribute to mental well-being. That's why I decided to add it to my new whole grain cookie recipe. Let yourself be seduced!

To make 16 cookies, you will need…
80 ml (1/3 cup) canola oil
60 ml (1/3 cup) milk
1 egg

For a pancake type version add 80 ml of milk instead of 60 ml.
