Our fermentation process gives San-J Tamari gluten-free soy sauce of excellent flavor improvement properties. Made of 100% soybean and wheat, it has a richer, softer and more complex taste than ordinary soy sauce. Add Tamari to soups, sauces, sauces and simmered dishes. Use it as a marinade and in jumped dishes.

Water, soy, salt, alcohol (to preserve freshness).
