Our master brewer has kept the rich flavor of the teriyaki sauce without gluten San-J, while reducing its sodium content of 50%. We take San-J Tamari Lite and add honey, saké and ginger. The result is San-J Teriyaki sweet which is delicious, sweet and salty, without compromising the taste. To use as a marinade for chicken, beef, shrimp or tofu. In just 30 minutes, you are ready for grill. Brush with some extra sauce for more flavor. Add our soft teriyaki to your skipped and serve rice. Delicious!
