You can experience the rich taste of Tamari while cutting your sodium intake in half compared to our regular Organic Tamari. Each teaspoon of e Tamari Lite contains approximately 157 mg of sodium compared to the 2,325 mg per teaspoon of salt.

Made with 100% whole, wheat-free soybeans, Tamari Lite delivers a richer, more complex flavor compared to other lower-sodium soy sauce brands. Works as a fantastic salt substitute, dip and condiment. You can accompany it with a stir-fry or fried rice. It also works as an excellent marinade for poultry, seafood, meat, tofu, vegetables, and plant-based meat.
