Our gluten-free oatmeal is finely ground from gluten-free oats of the highest quality and transformed, packaged and tested in our dedicated gluten-free installation. Use it to create bread, cookies, brownies, cookies, muffins, pancake dough and more. You can use this fantastic flour to replace all or part of wheat flour in your favorite recipes or gluten-free cooking. The upper texture of this extra fine flour makes it a natural ingredient for gluten-free recipes and in pastries such as banana bread. Add it to gluten-free bakery products to confer a real oat flavor. As with all gluten-free flours, we recommend adding xanthan gum to your recipe. It contains the same nutrition as our legendary old oats, providing fibers and proteins. This is the ideal addition to a gluten-free diet!
