Flour - Shifted Wheat #50 bread - Organic

This organic sifted wheat bread flour is produced by milling organic wheat. It is sifted to remove the sound and make it lighter. This flour, sometimes called brown flour, is halfway between white flour and whole grain flour. It is very popular in bakeries. This flour will absorb more liquid than an all-purpose unbleached white flour.
