Ingredients

Organic white rice flour, biological quinoa flour.

How to prepare

Bring to a boil 3 to 4 liters of water. Add salt if desired. When the water ends well, add the pasta and move frequently for the first 2 minutes. Cook for 6 additional minutes (for a cooking al dente) stirring occasionally, or between 8 to 10 minutes in total for a regular texture.

Drain and rinse rapidly with cold water. Serve immediately with your favorite sauce and toppings.
