There are many and abundant herring fisheries in Norway, one of the main sources of food for the Norwegian people. The herring oil from the Norwegian herring rogue with spring is rich in Choline and Essential Fatty acids omega-3DH and AEP. Precursor of acetylcholine, a powerful neurotransmitter that allows the brain to better treat and memorize information, choline is an important substance for the proper functioning of the liver and cognitive faculties. Hareng oil also naturally contains Astaxanthin, a member of the carotenoid family and one of the most powerful antioxidants of nature.
