To combat a cold, 1 ml of balsam fir essential oil, 2 ml of Niaouli essential oil, 3 ml of ravintsara essential oil, 2 ml of saturative thyme essential oil and 2 ml of peppermint essential oil, and friction thorax 3 to 4 times a day with 6 to 8 drops of the mixture, or place 3 drops of the mixture on a handkerchief to inhale if necessary.

Used in aromatherapy as Nervin and soothing.

Tips for use:
Adults (? 18 years old):Local topic application:Add 1-5 drops to 5 ml neutral vegetable oil and apply on the affected area up to 3 times a day. Do not use undiluted essential oil.

Direct inhalation:Apply 1-6 drops of undiluted essential oil on a handkerchief and occasionally inhale up to 3 times a day.

For occasional use only. Do not use orally. Avoid all contact with the eyes and mucous membranes; If necessary, rinse abundantly with vegetable oil. Store at room temperature.

For use in a diffuser for essential oils:1-6 drops can be added non-diluted in the diffuser (ultrasonic, atmospheric).
