Instructions

Topical (Adults): Mix 2 to 3 drops in ½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) of vegetable oil before topical application to the skin, rub and/or massage into the skin until the solution disappears, 3 times a day.

Inhalation (Adults): Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water/steam machine for the face. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5 to 10 minutes, up to 3 times a day.
