Extra virgin biological and equitable olive oil is particularly popular for its aromas of fresh olives, apple and almond. More pungent than other oils, it has vegetable and herbaceous notes identified with fresh fruit notes. 500 ml This oil required 5.5 kg of ripe olives to obtain 1 l of pure natural juice. It is ideal as it in salads, in the vinaigrettes, like baking oil, in the pan and in the fryer.
