The peperolio is an infusion of biological pepper in extra virgin olive oil pressed cold. The flavors and aromas of the fresh pepper remain intact over time thanks to an innovative ultrasonic method developed in collaboration with the Faculty of Agrarian of the Universita Digi Studi di Napoli Federico II.

Ingredients:

Olive oil extra virgin organic, infusion of organic fresh pepper. Perfect on the first fish dishes and crustaceans, soups, cooked vegetables, grilled and in the oil.
