Zen Mind from the Stress-Relax line combines gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) with lemon balm, magnesium, and vitamin B6 to help temporarily promote relaxation. Traditionally used in herbal medicine to support sleep during periods of mental stress. Our formula is made with PharmaGABA, a naturally fermented and easily absorbed form of this compound. Each vegetarian capsule contains 50 mg of GABA. It is non-GMO and suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
