Instructions for use:Dissolve a bag (25 gr) in 1 liter of water

Warning:Stop use in the presence of diarrhea.

Contraindication:should not be used if you have kidney disease.

Known adverse reaction:Some people may suffer from diarrhea.

You can dilute magnesium in fruit juice or vegetable juice.
