Sparkling Tea - Gyokuro Okabe

Inspired by the world of sommellerie, Bulles de thé is a festive, alcohol-free drink to be enjoyed without moderation. It is reminiscent of the complexity and finesse of sparkling wines.

Produced in the Gyokuro style, a highly esteemed green tea also known as "Rosée précieuse", we discover in this bottle a clean effervescence and an opulently textured liquid. On the nose, bewitching aromas of tropical fruits and sweet spices. On the palate, its buttery side rises to flavors of peach, pear and honeydew melon, followed by a finish evoking the bitterness of peach pit.
