Organic green lentils

The lenses are an excellent source of folic acid and potassium. They are also a good source of iron and phosphorus, and they contain magnesium, zinc, thiamine. Green lentils use salad or soup. They are also preparing for different cooked dishes.

Cooking:

Wash and sort the lenses first. Cook the lenses in the triple of their volume in water about 20 minutes or until the lenses are tender.
