Formerly nicknamed "black wheat", white whole buckwheat can be used in accompaniment to replace potatoes, rice and pasta or to make your own germinations. Perfect substitute for chopped meat in the tourrs, sauces with spaghetti and Chinese pile, it serves the manufacture of vegetarian meatballs and croquettes.

Ingredients

Organic Saracen 100% Canadian. Without peanuts. Nuts, eggs, milk, sesame, corn or mustard.

Instructions for use

Bring 1 cup (250 mL) of water to a boil. Pouring 1/2 cup gently (120 ml of buckwheat. Cover, reduce the fire to a minimum and simmer without brewing until the grains are tender and the water evaporated (10-15 minutes). Half cooking, One can add 1/2 cup of jumped vegetables. replaces the potatoes or rice. Give 3 servings.
