ORGANIC short grain brown rice

A complete rice and an excellent source of whole grains. After cooking, the grains are soft and cling - perfect in everyday recipes where a more sticky texture is desired.

Cooking instructions

Mix rice, water and butter (optional) in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Cover with a hermetic lid, reduce the heat to soft and cook for 45 minutes. Remove from heat (with lid!) And steam for 10 minutes. If rice is crunchy at the end of the cooking time, it may be necessary to add 1-2 tablespoons. liquid and cook longer.
